Leap at global industry events
Leap’s Co-Founder Vaibhav Singh facilitated a panel at The PIE Live Europe conference last month in London. The panel touched on topics such as the need to diversify on both global and regional scales through virtual and in-person efforts.
The discussion also highlighted best practices when forming external partnerships, internal and external challenges faced when implementing a diverse international recruitment plan, and strategies when it comes to creating access and affordability.

Many thanks to Sue Hopkinson (University of Kent), Gwion Sims (University of York), and Lee Wildman (Queen Mary University of London) for the lively and engaging conversation!
On another PIE webinar, Simona Campbell, Leap’s VP, University Relations, discussed the varying perspectives and pressure points of balancing changes in student enrolment flows for the long term - including in times of growth and decline.
The panel included our partners Dr. Johna McClendon from the University of Houston Clear Lake and Stene Verhulst of Colorado State University.

We're looking for a rockstar to join our US-based team!
The Partner Success Manager is a new role responsible for nurturing Leap’s relationships with our network of university partners.
Primarily an account management function, this person will play a key role in building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with university stakeholders, facilitating seamless operations in running our partnerships, and leading collaboration between Leap colleagues and their university counterparts.
Know someone who might be great for the role? Please spread the word.
APAC study-abroad news digest
Indian government data showed that over the last decade, an increasing number of students have been seeking education loans to pursue their studies overseas. Experts predict that this trend will continue, with education loans for studying abroad set to rise even further.
Meanwhile, the Australian prime minister announced that the Australia-India Education Qualification Recognition Mechanism has been finalised. Under the mechanism, certain degrees attained in India will be recognised in Australia and vice-versa.
That’s all for this edition of Leap Quarterly. Stay tuned for more such interesting study-abroad industry updates in the next edition. Until then…
